Ram Charan’s diet plan
Ram Charan carries his own home-cooked meals to the movie sets and never eats out.
His wife, Upasana, has been his diet coach.
At breakfast, he takes3 egg whites along with 2 whole eggs, almond milk, and a bowl of oats
For lunch, he prefers chicken wings along with green leafy vegetables, brown rice, or white rice.
He takes fried fish and salad, including leafy vegetables for dinner
He makes sure that he drinks 3 to 4 litres of water to hydrate himself and eats dry fruits for daily fibre.
