Nani’s Simple Workout Plan

Nani’s workout routine is a combination of cardio, strength training, and functional exercises.

Nani starts his workout with a warm-up session that includes stretching and light cardio exercises

Nani’s cardio routine includes running, cycling, and swimming. He usually does 30-45 minutes of cardio, three to four times a week.

Strength Training includes squats, lunges, deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups.

He also does functional exercises like planks, burpees, and mountain climbers in his workout routine.
